There are many types of grief and many different circumstances that may influence the emotions you are feeling. Sadness, anger, frustration, fear, relief, regret, and guilt (among others) are all normal and often a part of the grief experience.
Grief and the grieving process is often more complicated than anticipated and can feel overwhelming and confusing.
Grief might be something acute and new. It also might be something that you have been living with for a long time. Together we will explore your individual experience, create a space where you can express your thoughts and feelings honestly, and learn how to navigate through challenging times.
